We are growing and we’re looking for a customer-facing engineer to join our Solution Engineering team!
As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with development, engineering, and operations teams to help them understand and implemen. We’re a highly technical product, so strong technical acumen in addition to great, consultative people-skills would make you great for this.

- Working with a variety of tools and technologies that our customers may have in place
YOU ARE
- A strong engineer - you have a development background and know the SDLC tools and processes
- A people-person - you have no problem speaking with a variety of internal and external teams
- Highly organized - you can juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease and keep all the relevant people and systems updated as you go along
- A team-player - nothing happens in a vacuum, you'll need to be able to leverage our entire team as needed and keep everyone informed
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 5+ years experience developing and deploying software in the enterprise
- 5+ years of experience working with Java and/or .NET
- Significant experience working with Linux OS
- Knowledge of networking components and concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot networking issues that may prevent communication between different components
- Excellent customer facing skills and interest in working onsite with customers
- BS in Computer Science, or equivalent
- Ability to travel domestically 30%+ of the time
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- Run an engineering team
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure and/or other cloud technologies
- Knowledge in containers technology
- Knowledge in authentication methods (SAML, LDAP) and AD
- Experience with deployment methodologies (chef, puppet)
- Pre-sales experience
