As the SoftwareEngineer on our Loan Servicing team, you will report to the Lead Engineer and build software that moves hundreds of millions of dollars. In addition to the $1+ billion in loans actively serviced, we build tools to maximize our growth while providing the best possible client experience. Our focus is on building a stable platform that allows us to move faster over time; this means an eye for detail, a willingness to rethink domains from first principles, and an ability to collaborate well across technical and non-technical teams. Through our application process, we collect over 100,000 different data points to help us better serve our customers with a full understanding of their financial potential and background. We release on demand, typically 2-3 times per week, which allows our team to continue to improve our own skills as we scale with the rest of the organization.
