We are a new type of company focused on creating consumer technology products for the 21st century.

As a QA Support Eng, you will be responsible for working closely with both our Customer Care and Software Quality teams to help ensure the quality of our products are the best in class.
Responsibilities

Identify known software bugs, communicate fixes as they occur, and escalate new issues reported in the field back to the Software Organization
Execute test cases and gather results
Work closely with the engineering team to identify, characterize, and resolve software issues
Report found issues through bug tracking system, effectively follow up and communicate test results
Minimum Qualifications

1-2 Years Customer Facing Support or Care Experiences
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
Excellent problem solving and debugging skillsHave shipped a consumer electronic product previously
Ability to adapt complex issues quickly
Preferred Qualifications

Zendesk or NetSuite
Knowledge of basic Android troubleshooting / debugging (ADB, Logcat)
Basic Unix / Linux command-lineScripting (Python, Shell)
JIRA / Confluence
