Job Description:
Quality Compliance driven Technology Engineering Manager is responsible for working with Global IT teams to proactively manage, maintain and support Gilead’s Global Infrastructure pertaining to Enterprise Storage, Virtualization, Database, Microsoft and Linux systems as well as technically design and plan for Business Continuity.

Manages the lifecycle for several components of the storage infrastructure to assure operational availability; specifies changes for implementation; gathers data and analyzes Implement and support the implementation of new technologies providing knowledge and direction Collaborate with Application System Managers to develop solutions for critical storage and business continuity needs Analyzes the current state of the infrastructure and identifies opportunities for improvement
