Job Requirements:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, recruit, and mentor software engineers. We have development offices in San Francisco, Bellevue and Toronto and you will likely be managing teams spread across two or more offices.
Analyze/Refine Requirements with product management
Interface with QA, Product Management, Technical Support, Documentation and UX
Track dependencies and deliverables inside and across teams to ensure prompt delivery of features
Run meetings for weekly sprints and monthly roadmap planning
Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
5+ years of experience building software products
Cloud software experience
Experience with MDM, Java Spring, Android apps and/or iOS apps a plus
Education and Training:
Bachelors Degree majoring in computer science or equivalent work experience
