Job Description
This is an opportunity to work on a growing product with a seasoned growth team, and to play an instrumental role in engineering the next phase of 10x growth.
We’re looking for a senior engineer (full stack) with 4+ years experience, ideally within a growth team/environment.
== Responsibilities ==
Lead technical implementation of our growth roadmap, across platforms and teams
Ensure rigor and efficacy of experiment design, tracking, analysis, and throughput
Be data informed and actively engaged in accelerating growth, helping identify and prioritize ROI opportunities
== Must haves ==
Bachelors degree in CS or similar
4+ years experience as a full stack engineer
Strong HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Experience with modern JS frameworks (our web app is React)
Advanced SQL; proficient at diving into and interpreting data
Experience coding with API’s (our backend is PHP Laravel)
Familiarity with growth methodologies and tools
Thirst for learning, empathy toward end-users, and a motivation to impact growth ROI with code
== Nice to haves ==
Prior experience working within a successful growth team/environment
Familiarity with acquisition channel specific APIs, tactics, and common gotchas
Strong UX/Product sensibility
Android and/or iOS development experience
Technical SEO experience
CMS development experience (our CMS is CraftCMS)
Data science experience
Skills

$100K – $140K and higher (DOE)
